This is an hour long class for beginners that will introduce the correct way to use your aerial hammock. Students will learn easy to follow sequences that focus on proper alignment and hammock safety. Get ready to have so much fun that you will forget that you are getting a fantastic workout!
Flow and Fly
The class will include zero compression inversions along with creative sequences done on your mat and in the air. Students will use the aerial hammock to increase flexibility, strength and mental clarity.
Kids Aerial Classes
Let your kiddos fly & flip through the air in our Kids Hammock Playground! Your kids will learn the basics of flying on aerial hammocks and discover how the stability of Aerial Yoga, the fluidity of Aerial Dance, and creativity of Cirque translate into a fun & exciting practice. Your kids will build upper body strength, agility, and flexibility while focusing on safety & body awareness. Each class begins with a grounded warm-up, and takes off flying on our aerial hammocks!
Let yourself indulge in some serious self-care. This class will lead you through some light stretching and meditation, followed by 15-20 minutes of yummy relaxation (nap) time. Yep, you read that correctly! You will emerge from your hammock feeling restored and rested.
This fast-paced class is for clients who have taken at least one Foundation Flight class or have previous experience. Fit Flight focuses on building strength and stamina while using the aerial hammock. Be ready to build core strength, elongate your muscles and get an amazing low-impact cardio workout.
In this class, we use the aerial hammock to perform classical Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel.
Get your stretch on and hit the reset button. We'll bring aerial hammocks down to 8-12 inches off the floor. This class is open to all levels and is designed to give you time and space to help you find presence in your body, mind and spirit. We'll incorporate longer-held stretches that focus on opening the spine, hips and connective tissues. If you're under stress, injured, or sore, this will help restore your mind and body. Come chill with us. You won't regret it.
Bounce and Rebounding
This 45 min class is done on a mini-trampoline. This is a slower-paced class that will introduce proper bouncing form. Get ready to have some serious bouncing fun!
This fast-paced class is for students that have taken at least one Beginner Bounce class. We get our cardio and strength training all in just 45 minutes, so you have plenty of time to slay the day! The class will be set to a curated music playlist that will be sure to motivate you to get your bounce on!
Our Kids Bounce classes are every Tuesday from 4-5 pm. We work on body awareness, coordination, and FUN! Do your kids play sports? We also include different agility drills to enhance performance in sports such as basketball, football, volleyball, and soccer.
Bounce and Bands
25 Minutes of Rebounding (on the trampoline) / 20 Minutes of Strength-training exercises.
Booty Barre Bounce is a High Intensity-Low Impact workout on trampolines. It's the same Booty Barre method in a fun and unique trampoline experience with new bouncing cardio moves and fusion barre exercises. Bounce is a full body work out designed to tone your body, increase circulation, improve your balance and endurance.
The class will be instructed on JumpSport Fitness trampolines with a ballet barre attached to activate the lower body and core for stability. It is a true fusion of Pilates, Dance, Yoga, and Cardio now available on the trampoline.
