Foundation Flight

This is an hour long class for beginners that will introduce the correct way to use your aerial hammock. Students will learn easy to follow sequences that focus on proper alignment and hammock safety. Get ready to have so much fun that you will forget that you are getting a fantastic workout!

Fit Flight

This fast-paced class is for clients who have taken at least one Foundation Flight class or have previous experience. Fit Flight focuses on building strength and stamina while using the aerial hammock. Be ready to build core strength, elongate your muscles and get an amazing low-impact cardio workout.

Restorative Flight

Come get your stretch on and hit that reset button. For this class we bring the aerial hammock down to 8-12 inches off the floor. This class is open to all levels and is meant to give you the time and space to help you find presence not only in your body but also your mind and spirit. We incorporate longer-held stretches that focus on opening the spine, hips and connective tissues. If you're under stress, injured, or sore, this will help restore your mind and body. Come chill with us. You won't regret it.

Flow and Fly

The class will include zero compression inversions along with creative sequences done on your mat and in the air. Students will use the aerial hammock to increase flexibility, strength and mental clarity.

Pilates Flight

In this class, we use the aerial hammock to perform classical Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel.

Flight Lounge

Let yourself indulge in some serious self-care. This class will lead you through some light stretching and meditation, followed by 15-20 minutes of yummy relaxation (nap) time. Yep, you read that correctly! You will emerge from your hammock feeling restored and rested.


Beginner Bounce

This 45 min class is done on a mini-trampoline. This is a slower-paced class that will introduce proper bouncing form. Get ready to have some serious bouncing fun!

Bounce 1

This fast-paced class is for students that have taken at least one Beginner Bounce class. We get our cardio and strength training all in just 45 minutes, so you have plenty of time to slay the day! The class will be set to a curated music playlist that will be sure to motivate you to get your bounce on!




Melodi Peuvrelle started taking Aerial Yoga classes in 2014 after suffering a concussion. She was diagnosed with PCS (Post Concussion Syndrome). PCS caused her to have chronic migraines, severe eye and neck pain, memory loss, depression and anxiety. After being prescribed tons of failed medications by different neurologists, she decided to set out to find different ways to help heal her body. She tried everything from chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, nerve blocks, natural medications, herbs, oils…you name it and she probably tried it. While some of this helped, she was still searching for another component of treatment. She found relief from the zero-compression inversions included in Aerial Yoga. The classes taught her to use her breath and focus on slow-paced sequences. The combination of breathing and inversions brought joy and relief to her lingering neck pain and headaches.  She completed her Aerial Fitness instructor certifications and started teaching. After 4 years of teaching, she and her family (one husband, two kiddos and a Pug) moved to San Luis Obispo.
